  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled securely.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free of any scents or marks.

  Drop and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
